Smart folders

With smart folders you can filter payments. This works similar to the Finder or Mail program:

• In the menu, select Master Data → New Smart Folder…
• Name the new folder.
• Choose whether all or any of the following conditions must be met for PayMaker to display a payment in this folder.
• Define the conditions for displaying payments.

The smart folder appears in the left column of the main window. When you select it, PayMaker automatically displays the payments that match the conditions.

The functions for editing or deleting an intelligent folder are available via the context menu.
